SALON HOST - The Face of Blow Bar
Our Salon Hosts are at the heart of the client experience. You'll be the first and last person our clients see, helping create a warm, polished, fun, and seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door.
We're looking for someone who is confident, highly organised, naturally welcoming, and able to take control of a busy salon environment.
As a Salon Host, You'll:
- Welcome every client with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Manage the front desk and ensure the salon runs smoothly throughout the day.
- Coordinate client arrivals, appointments, wait times, and departures.
- Communicate effectively with stylists and the wider salon team.
- Manage phone calls, bookings, enquiries, and client requests.
- Keep the salon looking polished, organised, and beautiful at all times.
- Help manage busy periods and ensure clients are looked after from start to finish.
- Recommend and promote Blow Bar services and products.
- Assist with retail sales and creating additional client opportunities.
- Handle client concerns professionally and confidently.
- Support the team wherever needed to keep the salon running at its best.
- Create an energetic, positive, and welcoming atmosphere.

- Has excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail.

- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Loves people, beauty, hair, and creating amazing experiences.
- Can confidently represent the Blow Bar brand.
Previous salon, reception, retail, or customer service experience is highly regarded.
