We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy making great coffee, and love providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
As a Retail Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating a positive experience for every customer while preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store.
Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
Providing outstanding customer service
Serving and packaging donuts and other products
Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
Restocking products and maintaining store presentation
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Working collaboratively with the team during busy service periods
Previous barista or coffee-making experience is required
Experience working in a fast-paced café, hospitality, or retail environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
Applicants must be available to work the following shifts:
Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Sunday: Full availability, including either:
7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, or
2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
