Sales Representative – Solar Energy
Full-time | Blacktown NSW office based.
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing solar energy team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in a fast-growing industry while helping Australian homes and businesses move towards cleaner, more sustainable energy solutions.
We are currently accepting applications now, with the position expected to commence in approximately 6 weeks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating and managing leads through inbound enquiries, outbound calls, and referrals
- Speaking with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable solar solutions
- Preparing and presenting tailored proposals
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to close
- Following up leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Keeping accurate records within the CRM system
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
About You:
- Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in solar, energy, or home improvement industries (training can be provided for the right person)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in renewable energy
