Position: Casual Front of House All-Rounder / Waitstaff
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Casual Front of House All-Rounder to join our restaurant team.
This role would suit someone with previous hospitality or customer service experience who is confident with customers, works well in a team, and is available for weekday lunch shifts, with weekend and evening availability.
We are looking to strengthen our roster with another casual team member with regular shifts available for the right person, with extra hours offered depending on availability, trade and roster needs.
About the role:
As part of our front of house team, you will help create a friendly and smooth dining experience for our customers. You will be involved in serving customers, taking orders, running meals, clearing tables, assisting with takeaway orders, and helping the team keep service organised.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly manner
- Taking food and drink orders
- Using the POS system
- Running meals and clearing tables
- Assisting with takeaway orders
- General cleaning, restocking and resetting tables
- Working with kitchen and front of house staff to keep service running smoothly
- Helping maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, well-presented and punctual
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- A good communicator
- Willing to help wherever needed
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with availability
- Experienced in hospitality, preferred but not essential for the right person
Availability:
- Weekday lunch availability is highly preferred
- Weekend availability required
- Evening availability would be an advantage
- Hours may vary depending on trade, staff availability and roster needs

Pay:
$30.57 – $52.73 per hour, depending on age, experience, classification and applicable penalty rates.
Experience:
Hospitality: 1 year preferred
