We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Business Manager with a proven track record in dealership finance and insurance who can build strong customer relationships, lead from the front, and contribute to the continued success.

Key responsibilities include:

Presenting and selling finance, insurance, and vehicle protection products

Building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the finance process

Working closely with the Sales team to maximise customer opportunities

Managing finance applications and lender relationships
-
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
-
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements

Achieving and exceeding agreed sales and penetration targets

Delivering an exceptional customer experience consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand
About You

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Business Manager within an automotive dealership

Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance, and regulatory compliance
-
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding finance penetration and profitability targets

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A professional and customer-focused approach

Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experience within a prestige or luxury automotive brand will be highly regarded
