Casual Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist - Emergency Department

- Casual Grade 3 Advanced Practice Physiotherapy opportunity
- Predominantly cover for weekends and public holidays (7-hour shifts)

Your new role:
- Provide leadership of the physiotherapy service in the Emergency Department to ensure evidence based best practice and contemporary models of care
- Ensure excellence in clinical care provision
- Work autonomously and within the team
- Work in your scope of practice and seek help where required
- Contribute to organisation-wide and service/division initiatives and planning activities
- Initiate continuous quality improvement activities and projects both within the clinical team and department as require
About You:
- You have extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and have worked in an Emergency Department environment or advanced musculoskeletal clinics
- You have post graduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal, Sports or Advanced Scope Physiotherapy (completed or working towards completion)
- You have a high level of clinical reasoning and clinical knowledge
- You have well developed leadership and communication skills
