Position: Casual Sales Representative
Expected Hours: 8–32 hours per week
Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (weekend availability is highly regarded)
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Casual Sales Representative to join The Natural Experience.
This is a customer-facing retail role where creating meaningful connections with customers is at the heart of what we do. If you enjoy meeting new people, love a fast-paced environment, and are confident starting conversations, we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a positive, friendly and confident personality.
* Is comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations.
* Is willing to step outside their comfort zone to engage with people and drive sales.
* Has a minimum of 1 year of retail and direct sales experience.
* Has excellent spoken English and communication skills.
* Is confident in upselling and can quickly learn and apply sales strategies.
* Is eager to learn about our natural products and confidently recommend them to customers.
* Is comfortable working towards individual and team sales targets.
* Is reliable, punctual and enjoys working as part of a team.
* Presents themselves professionally.
* Can work independently when required.
* Is a quick learner who welcomes feedback and is always looking to improve.
* Has basic computer skills. Experience using Square POS is an advantage.
About the Role
This is an active, customer-facing position. Team members are expected to remain on their feet throughout their shift and proactively engage with customers rather than waiting for customers to approach them.
Your responsibilities include:
* Greeting and confidently approaching customers using our signature scent strips to introduce them to our products.
* Creating memorable customer experiences through genuine conversations and personalised recommendations.
* Driving sales by confidently demonstrating products, identifying customer needs and recognising upselling opportunities.
* Processing sales and assisting with customer enquiries.
* Keeping the kiosk clean, organised and well presented.
* Assisting with stocktakes and general day-to-day store operations.
Physical Requirements
This role is physically active and requires you to:
* Stand for the duration of your shift.
* Proactively approach customers throughout the day.
* Work comfortably in a busy shopping centre environment.
Dress Code
Team members are expected to present themselves in a clean and professional manner while representing The Natural Experience.
Our dress code includes:
* Plain white top.
* Light denim blue pants.
* Clean white sneakers.
