Redcape Hospitality is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to join the team at Baringa Tavern.
No previous kitchen experience? No problem. If you've got a great attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you'll help keep our kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly while supporting the chefs during busy service periods.
What You'll Do
- Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Assist with stock deliveries and stock rotation
- Complete daily cleaning and kitchen preparation tasks
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
About You
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential
