Hiring: Architectural Draftsperson / Drafting Technician (Contract – WFH Victoria Australia)
Twelve Star Homes is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson / Drafting Technician to support the design and documentation of our small second dwellings and modular housing projects.
This is a flexible, work-from-home (WFH), project-based contract role with the opportunity for ongoing work. Applicant must reside in Victoria, Australia.
About You
- Experience in architectural drafting or building design documentation
- Strong skills in preparing planning and construction drawings
- Knowledge of Victorian planning and building requirements
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with modular or prefabricated homes is desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential
