This newly created role will lead the adoption, engagement and commercial growth of Wilson’s digital platform ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager Customer, you will combine strategy, customer insight, digital engagement and commercial thinking to influence how a national business grows and scales its digital future.

This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will be responsible for driving adoption, engagement and commercial utilisation of Wilson’s digital platforms across landlords, business partners and customers. Working at the intersection of marketing, customer success, growth and digital transformation, you will build scalable engagement programs that accelerate platform adoption, strengthen partner retention and unlock new revenue opportunities.
You will own audience strategy, proposition development, lifecycle engagement and go-to-market execution, while partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Commercial and Operations teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive adoption and commercial utilisation of Wilson’s digital platform ecosystem across landlords, partners and customers
Define and execute go-to-market strategies that support portfolio retention, customer expansion and new partner acquisition
Shape the market positioning, value propositions and commercial narrative for Spott, Shuffle and other strategic digital solutions
Build scalable engagement programs that accelerate adoption, retention and revenue growth
Own B2B marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, CRM integration, lead nurturing, audience segmentation and campaign reporting
Generate customer, partner and market insights that inform proposition development and growth strategy
Partner with Account Management and Sales teams to create tools, messaging and frameworks that support commercial outcomes
Influence product adoption through onboarding, engagement and lifecycle communications
Work cross-functionally with Product, Digital Sales, Commercial and Operations teams to improve customer and landlord experiences
Establish measurement frameworks that clearly link engagement activity to commercial performance and business outcomes

ABOUT YOU
Strong experience in digital engagement, customer success, growth, lifecycle marketing or B2B marketing roles
Proven success driving adoption, engagement or commercialisation of digital products, platforms or technology-enabled services
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in complex B2B environments
Hands-on expertise with Martech and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce
Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect customer engagement activity to measurable business outcomes
Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of an organization
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated curiosity around AI and emerging technologies and their application to customer engagement
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related discipline
