Role Purpose
Terrapinn Australia is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across its portfolio of large-scale B2B events. This role is responsible for driving audience acquisition, brand positioning, revenue support, and customer engagement through multi-channel marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, email, social, and partner channels
- Plan and manage campaign calendars aligned to event sales cycles and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging
- Own audience growth strategy through data segmentation, performance tracking, and optimisation
- Manage brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and promotional assets for events
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Operations teams to support sponsor and delegate acquisition
- Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and provide insights for improvement
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
- Develop promotional materials, content plans, and marketing collateral
- Contribute to pricing, promotion strategy, and customer journey improvements
- Support long-term brand and portfolio growth initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in professional marketing roles
- Proven experience in campaign management, audience acquisition, and digital marketing
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced commercial environments
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B marketing highly regarded
