About the Role
At Tyro Health, we're helping healthcare providers simplify the way they get paid so they can focus on delivering better care. We're looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to build trusted partnerships across our healthcare customer base, helping customers get the most from their partnership with Tyro while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
Working across a diverse portfolio of healthcare customers, you'll take ownership of strategic accounts, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders at every level and proactively uncover opportunities to support your customers' evolving needs. This is an opportunity to make a genuine commercial impact while joining a business that's continuing to invest in and grow its Health division.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be based in Melbourne or Sydney and hold Australian citizenship.
What you'll do
Build trusted relationships with healthcare customers, becoming their go-to commercial partner.
Develop a deep understanding of your customers' businesses, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support their growth.
Proactively engage stakeholders across customer organisations, from operational teams through to senior decision-makers.
Take ownership of your portfolio by creating account plans, maintaining regular customer engagement and delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right outcomes for customers and continuously improve their experience with Tyro.
Maintain accurate customer insights and activity within Salesforce, using data to inform conversations and opportunities.
Bring a commercial mindset to every interaction, identifying ways to grow customer value while delivering long-term partnerships.
What you'll bring
Experience in Account Management, Relationship Management or a customer-facing B2B commercial role.
Experience within healthcare, banking, payments or fintech, with an understanding of how to build long-term customer relationships.
Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and navigating commercial conversations.
A proactive, curious approach- you enjoy uncovering opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you.
Strong organisational skills and experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes.
A collaborative mindset, resilience and genuine motivation to help customers succeed.
