Rates: $120 - $140 per hour (inc. super)

The DVA are seeking skilled Senior Business Analysts to work with senior stakeholders, delivery partners and business areas to lead analysis activities, clarify requirements, manage dependencies and support practical decisions in complex delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Senior Business Analysts may:
- Lead complex discovery, analysis and requirements activities

Manage senior stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities

Develop clear analysis, options and recommendations to support decision-making

Navigate shared service arrangements, delivery dependencies and intersecting business and technical accountabilities

Support teams to work through ambiguity, change and complex delivery environments

Lead or support data-related business analysis where required, including clarifying business rules, data flows, dependencies, reporting needs, data quality considerations and impacts on business processes.
Essential Criteria
- Strong experience contributing to analysis on complex or sensitive initiatives

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to think strategically in a delivery context

Experience working across shared services, multiple delivery partners and complex dependencies

Ability to clarify direction, manage ambiguity and support practical outcomes

Ability to support and mentor other analysts and contribute to consistent analysis practices
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with frameworks such as BABOK, agile, human-centred design, user-centred design and the Digital Service Standard.
