About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, helping them understand our services and guiding them through the booking process.
Your role is to:
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into bookings
- Conduct consultations and provide tailored cleaning solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Follow up leads and maximise conversion opportunities
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery
