About the Role
We are seeking passionate and motivated Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists to join our growing team as contractors.
This is a flexible role where you can deliver services through school visits, home visits, and/or telehealth, depending on your preferences and availability. There are no clinic-based requirements, giving you the flexibility to work in the environments that best support your clients.
You will provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions to children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of funding streams, including NDIS, Medicare, and private clients.
Our experienced administration team manages referrals, scheduling, invoicing, and client communication, while Zanda practice management software is used for appointment management, clinical notes, client records, and secure documentation, allowing you to stay organised and focus on delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Develop individualised treatment plans and client goals.
- Complete clinical notes and documentation using Zanda.
- Prepare reports, letters, and recommendations where required.
- Collaborate with families, carers, schools, GPs, and other professionals.
- Deliver services via home visits, school visits, and/or telehealth.
What We're Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration (Psychologists and Occupational Therapists) or Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- ABN and eligibility to work as a contractor.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Confidence using practice management software (experience with Zanda is an advantage but not essential).
What We Offer
- Flexible contractor arrangements with the freedom to choose your own schedule.
- Competitive contractor rates.
- Full administrative support, including referrals, scheduling, invoicing, and client management.
- Access to Zanda practice management software.
- A consistent referral stream to help build your caseload.
- The flexibility to provide services through home visits, school visits, telehealth, or a combination that suits you.
- A supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team.
If you're looking for a flexible contractor opportunity where you can make a genuine impact while maintaining work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
