In this role, you will:
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers, and minutes
Support the preparation and quality assurance of relevant materials
Manage documentation through governance systems
Liaise with senior executives and stakeholders across the HHS
Track actions and ensure governance processes and timelines are met.
This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About you
Whilst desirable, we are not necessarily looking for extensive governance experience. We are looking for someone who:
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is curious, proactive, and willing to learn

What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $118,172 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $47.41 - $52.23 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
