We are searching for an experienced and motivated Chiller Supervisor who wants to contribute to our commitment to be the trusted source of food for families in Australia and around the world. You will be a part of our family and play a key leadership role in ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant operation of our beef and lamb chiller facilities, supporting the movement of product from harvest through to boning and export.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Supervise daily chiller operations across beef and lamb production.

Coordinate carcass movement between Harvest, Chillers and Boning.

Ensure correct product grading, segregation and inventory accuracy.

Oversee export preparation, bagging and labelling requirements.

Manage spray chilling system performance.

Lead, train and support chiller team members.

Coordinate cleaning, hygiene and maintenance activities.

Liaise with Production, QA, Export and Maintenance teams.

Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and export standards.
Skills and Experience

Experience in a supervisory role within meat processing, FMCG or food manufacturing.

Strong understanding of production flow, inventory control and product handling.

Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and export requirements.

Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure.

Basic computer skills and experience with operational systems.
