We are looking for Senior level WHS Consultant, based in Sutherland, NSW.
The Consultant will oversee and deliver WHS, Environmental, and Quality Consultancy services to clients across various industries. Key responsibilities include developing and auditing WHSEQ management systems, advising clients on legislative compliance, conducting incident investigations, creating safety management plans, and facilitating continuous improvement programs. The role also involves building strong client relationships and contributing to best practices that ensure safe workplaces and compliance.
As a senior roles within the business you will work with the leadership team to coach and mentor our team of consultants utilizing your extensive safety and consulting acumen.
Qualifications
- Must have previous consulting experience (at least one year)
- Expertise in WHS Management including developing systems, risk assessments, compliance strategies, complex investigations, board due diligence advisory and auditing.
- Strong project management, consulting, and client relationship management skills
- Proficient WHS legislative and ISO system requirements
- Knowledge of ISO certifications processes and experience with related compliance
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Minimum Diploma qualifications in WHS, Environmental Management, or a related field
- Leading people and delivering training programs
- Ability to work both on-site and autonomously.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
