In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering stable, secure, and compliant application services by providing strong operational leadership, enabling smooth transitions into BAU, improving reliability, and aligning architects and service teams to support safe, uninterrupted operations.
- You will lead day‑to‑day operations of Cloud, platform, Equip, and rail applications to ensure availability, performance, and compliance with agreed service levels.
- You will act as the primary interface between architects, project teams, and service delivery teams to embed operational requirements and support models into solution design and releases.
- You will govern application transitions from projects to BAU, ensuring readiness assessments, runbooks, documentation, training, and support arrangements are complete and effective.
- You will drive continuous improvement through effective incident, problem, and change management, compliance oversight, and strong stakeholder coordination.

About you
- You bring experience managing application operations across multiple platforms, ensuring reliable day‑to‑day service delivery.
- Your skill includes strong understanding of operational processes and effective runbook creation, maintenance, and execution.
- You are adept at coordinating between technical, project, and service delivery teams to resolve issues and embed operational requirements.
- You demonstrate sound knowledge of operational standards, compliance, and governance, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
