We are currently seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join our growing team as we launch and expand our services in Victoria.
This is a new service area for our organisation, and we are actively building our local team of Nurses and Care Workers to support clients across our new Victorian service areas.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable, compassionate, and clinically confident Registered Nurse to get in early and be part of building our services in Victoria from the ground up. As our client base grows, there may be opportunities for ongoing and increased hours.

About the Role:
As a Community RN, you will provide clinical care and support to clients in their homes, working closely with individuals and their families to promote independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, person-centred nursing care in community and home-based settings
- Conduct clinical assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and wound care
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families as needed
- Document and report on care delivered in line with organisational and legal requirements
About You:
Community or in-home care experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a caring nature, strong clinical judgement, and a commitment to supporting people to live well at home.
Essential Criteria:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
National Police Clearance
Unrestricted South Australian Driver’s Licence
Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Proof of mandatory vaccinations (including COVID-19 and Influenza)
