Stacey & Stacey Optometrists is looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead our friendly team in our store located in Willows Shopping Centre in Townsville

As our Store Manager at Stacey & Stacey, you will utilise your strong optical dispensing and retail experience to lead the store team to become the most trusted optical destination at Willows, where clinical excellence, expert guidance and curated eyewear create an experience that sets the standard.
Your passion for style, attention to detail and commercial mind-set will enable you to expand on our existing loyal customer-base to build the business and achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.

The skills & experience we seek
- At least 2 years’ retail management experience, ideally in an optical/allied health environment
- Cert IV Optical Dispensing will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to build community relationships and increase brand loyalty
- The ability to develop meaningful relationships across the organisation and foster a collaborative team environment in store
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
