We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Recruiter / Talent Advisor to join our growing team in Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment across construction, maintenance, facilities management and other blue-collar industries while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Source, interview and assess candidates
- Build and maintain talent pools
- Manage client relationships and workforce requirements
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance processes
- Conduct reference checks and candidate management
- Support business development and account growth
- Maintain recruitment records using ATS/CRM systems
About You
You will have:
- At least 3 years' recruitment experience, preferably within labour hire or agency recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience using recruitment databases and online sourcing platforms
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
This is a full-time position based in Melbourne with a hybrid working arrangement.
