Carefinity is looking for a dedicated Disability Support Worker to support a participant in Burnside (Sunshine Coast), QLD.
About the Role
Location: Burnside (Sunshine Coast), QLD
Shifts: Mostly weekly sleepover shifts
Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Active support
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM: Inactive sleepover
Duties include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication assistance and administration
- Manual handling and mobility support
- PEG feeding
- Domestic assistance and light household duties
- Community access and social support
- Providing care in a safe, respectful, and person-centred manner
Requirements
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to Work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Experience with manual handling
✅ Experience with PEG feeding
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport
✅ Must be reliable and able to commit to ongoing sleepover shifts
