Allowances & Penalty Rates: Adverse Working Conditions Allowance, Early Morning Shift Penalty and Weekend Penalty Rates (where applicable).

What you will be doing
These are hands‑on operational roles, with a start time between 2:30am - 3:00am. Duties vary slightly by position, but generally include:
- Operating cleansing plant such as mechanical street sweepers, garbage compactors or pressure‑washing units
- Street cleansing, litter collection and general maintenance tasks
- Completing scheduled routes and responding to changing priorities
- Maintain vehicles and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition
Working early‑morning shifts and delivering work to a high safety standard

IMPORTANT: These positions operate on early morning shifts , typically commencing between 2:30am and 3:00am . For many operators, this means finishing work before most people start their day and avoiding peak-hour traffic.
What we’re looking for:
To be successful, you'll have experience operating:
- Mechanical street sweepers, compactors or pressure cleansing equipment; or
Similar heavy vehicles, waste collection equipment or plant machinery.

- MR Driver’s Licence (Must)
- White Card (Must)
- Strong safety focus and reliability
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role
