We are currently seeking a professional, self-motivated Independent Cleaning Contractor to service office sites in the Brisbane area. We are looking to establish a long-term partnership with a reliable operator as we expand our client base.
Currently, we have 1–2 initial contracts available to start immediately. These are high-autonomy roles suited for an established contractor looking to supplement their existing weekend schedule.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexibility: All work must be completed over the weekend (Friday evening through to Monday early morning before office hours). You manage your own start and finish times within this window.
Contractor Requirements As this is a contract position, the successful applicant must be fully self-sufficient and provide:
- Equipment: Professional-grade vacuum, mop, and all necessary tools.
- Supplies: All cleaning chemicals and cloths/materials.
- Transport: Reliable vehicle for transport between sites.
- Compliance: Valid ABN and relevant insurance (Public Liability).
