About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of sales support, financial administration, and inventory management.
Your day-to-day will heavily feature Cin7, where you will take ownership of integrating and managing our product catalog, ensuring our backend systems run smoothly while supporting our sales and accounts workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Cin7 & Product Management: Integrate, create, and manage products, pricing, and inventory data within Cin7.
Sales Support: Assist the team with order processing, client inquiries, and administrative sales tasks.
Accounts & Administration: Handle basic financial admin, invoicing, and account coordination.
Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline our inventory and data workflows as we scale.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Cin7 (essential).
- Strong background combining sales support, accounts, and inventory/data management.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage product catalogs and data accurately.
- Great communication skills for working cross-functionally.
