In this dynamic role, you will help shape and strengthen the TMR corporate WHS system, actively communicate across the business and enhance the incident management processes. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, in ensuring that the safety reporting data is accurate, accessible and effectively communicated.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Manage the TMR Safety Management System to ensure that it meets business requirements.
* Oversee the development and review of WHS technical information to ensure it is presented in an accessible format, using plain language, visual supports, and appropriate communication methods, so all workers can readily understand and apply the content in practice.
* Develop, manage and distribute WHS communication tools including toolbox talks, safety alerts and safety briefs.
* Support the development, implementation, review, collaboration and maintenance of TMR Workplace Health & Safety policies, procedures, systems, standard and processes to support TMR's Safety and Wellbeing Strategy.
* Analyse and research emerging trends and issues in Workplace Health and Safety with a view to providing guidance through the development of policy and procedures to mitigate risk and enhance safety.
