Glenbrook Preschool is seeking a passionate and experienced Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our Exceeding-rated, community-based preschool. Set in a beautiful bushland environment, our nature-based program supports children to explore, play, and thrive.
The Role
- Full-time formula negotiable: 3 days Director + 2 days teaching (ECT)
- Lead pedagogy, compliance, and team culture
- Work collaboratively with a supportive Educational Leader
- Build strong partnerships with families and community
- Work with a community-based parent committee

About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF & Child Protection
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for nature-based and community-focused learning
Director or management-level leadership experience is essential for this role.

- NESA accreditation
- WWCC
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma
- Child Protection (CHCPRT001)
NESA accreditation must be held before starting in the position.
