Subcontract Cleaner Wanted – Office & Shop Cleaning
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Subcontract Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning office spaces and retail shops throughout the week, with flexible scheduling depending on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office and shop cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning windows, glass, and high-touch surfaces
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Following site-specific cleaning procedures and safety requirements
Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Own reliable transport is preferred
- Must have the right to work as a subcontractor
- ABN and own cleaning equipment (preferred, if applicable)
