We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at our East Doncaster store.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets and supporting the day-to-day operation of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional and personalised customer service.
- Driving sales and achieving store budgets and KPIs.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assisting with visual merchandising and VM changes.
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation.
- Assisting with stock control and stocktakes when required.
- Supporting the Store Manager and management team with daily store operations.
- Completing administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Working collaboratively as part of a positive and supportive team.
Weekend availability is essential, with the flexibility to work across other Fella Hamilton stores when required.

Previous fashion retail experience is highly desirable.
