Your Role
Front Desk Management: Greet patients, manage bookings, and handle phone and email inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Appointment Coordination: Use our practice management software to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently.
Billing & Admin Support: Process payments, manage invoices, and liaise with insurance providers.
Team Collaboration: Assist physiotherapists with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional Communication: A friendly, clear, and professional manner in person, over the phone, and via email.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using booking systems, emails, and office software (training provided).
Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to support both patients and colleagues.
Previous Reception/Admin Experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required!).
