Job Summary:
The Caravan Sales Executive is responsible for managing caravan sales from initial enquiry through to completed sale, delivering a high-quality, professional customer experience.
This role is focused on sales performance, customer relationships, and accurate communication, while working closely with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure a smooth and well-managed process from sale through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Management (Primary Role)
- Manage all customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and options
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Follow up leads and sales opportunities promptly
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Sales Process & Compliance
- Ensure all sales are completed in accordance with company processes
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all sales
- Follow pricing structures and approval processes
- Ensure all paperwork (contracts, RMS, etc.) is completed correctly
Customer Experience
- Deliver a positive, professional, and consistent customer experience
- Set clear and realistic expectations regarding timeframes and delivery
- Keep customers informed throughout the sales process
- Ensure a smooth and professional handover of caravans
Administration & Coordination
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to coordinate:
- Stock availability
- Delivery timelines
- Customer expectations
- Prepare and maintain all required sales documentation
- Ensure information provided to customers aligns with operational capacity
Pay: $68,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
