We are a friendly and busy medical practice in Hawthorn seeking a Junior Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a healthcare environment while working part-time hours.
About the role
- Part-time: approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Shifts available Monday to Friday:
- 9:00am – 1:30pm and/or
- 1:00pm – 5:00pm
- Hours are negotiable
- Immediate start preferred

- Honest and trustworthy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience & suitability
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Recent high school graduates and university students are welcome to apply
- No prior medical reception experience required — training will be provided
