Job brief
We are a growing contracting business seeking a capable, motivated and reliable office administrator that would like a multi-faceted job. The role is to run our office by keeping our administration organised and helping our business to run smoothly and profitably.
We install and service electrical, refrigeration and compressed air equipment. Previous experience with office administration in a trade business or similar would be an advantage, but not necessary if you are a go-getter that likes to learn new things, think creatively and be accurate in your work.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email and ensuring clients receive prompt, professional, and awesome service.
- Contributing, inspiring and maintaining our general office operations
- Coordinating with clients and staff to deliver great outcomes
Requirements and skills
- A good phone and email manner
- Be able to work independently and also have good teamwork skills and a desire to contribute positively to our workplace
- A desire to learn, adapt and improve
- Good computer and technology literacy
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Experience:
- Office administration: 4 years (Preferred)
