As a Business Support Officer in the Asset Strategy & Delivery department, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential business support and ensuring the smooth functioning of our initiatives. Supporting the Asset Strategy & Delivery Team, your role is crucial in developing, coordinating, and administering vital business management processes.
In this position, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all levels, engaging with the CEO, Executive, Senior Managers, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of key documents such as presentations, briefings, and reports for various committees and groups.
- Manage VIP and customer requests with a proactive approach, ensuring high standards of service through collaboration.
- Evaluate and implement business improvements while providing financial oversight for budgets and grants.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team, ensuring smooth training and documentation processes.
- Support recruitment, procurement, and project planning to drive our objectives forward.
- Act as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Infrastructure when required, demonstrating versatility and support.
- Manage competing priorities and workflows, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective correspondence management.
