We’re looking for an experienced, coffee-loving Barista to join our team at Little Sparrow Doncaster!

☕ The Role
As an Experienced Barista, you'll work closely with our Store Manager and be an important part of creating the Little Sparrow experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
- ☕ Crafting exceptional specialty coffee and hot drinks
- Creating beautiful coffees and showing off your latte art skills
- Taking orders and confidently using the POS system
- Welcoming customers and creating genuine connections
- Working closely with your team to keep the café running smoothly
- Staying cool, calm and efficient during the morning rush
- Helping maintain the high standards Little Sparrow is known for
The Kind of Person We're Looking For

- Able to think on your feet when the café gets busy
- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- A strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who takes pride in what they do
Your Coffee Skills
Essential:
- Minimum 1 years' Barista experience
Preferred:
- 1 years' experience with latte art
- 1 years' experience with grinder calibration
- A solid understanding of coffee extraction and consistency
Most importantly, you should genuinely love coffee. We take ours seriously — but we love having fun while doing it!

Availability
The store operates Monday to Sunday in line with Westfield Doncaster trading hours.
You must be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
