The Standards
- High-Volume Pro: You have 2+ years behind a commercial machine. You must be confident dialing in and maintaining precision across every pour.
- The Gear: You’ll be commanding a La Marzocco PB, Mazzer grinders, and a PUQpress. We expect you to treat this equipment with respect
