Part-Time Office Admin – Signage Company (Northern Gold Coast)
We’re a busy signage company looking for a reliable Office Admin to join our team part-time. If you’re organised, good with people, and have solid admin experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm
What you’ll be doing:
- General office admin and day-to-day support
- Answering phones and emails
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and our team
- Keeping files and records up to date
- Helping keep jobs on track and organised
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an admin role (this is a must)
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, Xero Accounting software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in signage, trades, or construction is a bonus
