We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time OSHC Educator to join our Outside School Hours Care team. This role involves split shifts across before and after school care, supporting children in a nurturing and engaging environment while contributing to our unique Pachamama culture.
About the Role
This position includes a mix of educational care and community engagement, with responsibilities including assisting with school transport and facilitating meaningful play experiences.
Key aspects of the role include:
Working split shifts across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, Driving Pachamama buses to local schools for safe and timely child transportation. Supporting children through play-based learning, creativity and exploration Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where children feel valued Contributing to a culture that prioritises wellbeing for both educators and children

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about working with school-aged children
Reliable, positive and team-oriented Confident interacting with children, families and colleagues Comfortable working split shifts Willing to obtain a LR (Light Rigid) licence Willing to drive both manual and automatic buses to local schools
Essential Requirements
Working With Children Check (WA) First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to obtain a
- LR Driver’s Licence
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
