Food & Beverage Attendants – Club Kawana
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly team at one of the Sunshine Coast’s premier bowls clubs.
With 120 gaming machines, a busy hospitality environment, and a strong community focus, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.
About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring guests enjoy a positive dining and hospitality experience. You will work across food and beverage service areas, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Key Duties Include:
- Providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Taking food and beverage orders and serving guests promptly
- Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with venue standards
- Setting up, clearing, and maintaining dining and service areas
- Processing payments and operating point-of-sale systems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Previous food and beverage, bar, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong team-oriented approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Pay: $33.38 – $46.73 per hour
