Mercatus Deli – Cafe Store Manager (Full-Time)
We’re opening our second location in CBD and looking for a friendly, hands-on manager to join the team!
What you’ll do:
- Run day-to-day operations, support and train the team
- Keep an eye on sales, costs, and stock
- Maintain high food quality and safety standards
- Help with menu ideas and promotions
- Create a great experience for every customer
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year relevant experience
- Passion for Italian food, cheeses, cured meats, and wine
- Experience with deli slicer, charcuterie, and coffee machine
- Fluent English and a positive, team-focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
