Join the Sarina Golf Club team as a Customer Service / Golf Club Attendant. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for members and guests across day-to-day club operations.

This position supports customer service, bar and food service, event assistance, and general cleaning and maintenance in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. If you’re passionate about hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Attributes & Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Computer literacy is essential for managing bookings and club systems
- Knowledge of Mi Club software is advantageous but not essential
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain )
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work a rotating roster
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the bar and throughout the club
- Manage tee time and golf cart bookings efficiently using club systems
- Assist with food preparation and service as required
- Support club events to ensure smooth operations
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to uphold club standards
Work Schedule & Hours
- Staff work rotating shifts. On weekdays, shifts start at 7:00 am. On weekends, shifts start at 7am and 12:30 pm. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Sunday, rotating between 3 staff.
- Weekend Rotation - Each staff member gets one full weekend off every three weeks as part of the rotation.
Remuneration
Paid on an hourly basis, commensurate with experience and relevant awards.
