YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of marketing and service activities for the MNAQ Australia. Key responsibilities include gathering and analysing market information; supporting the execution of marketing strategies; providing insights on competitors and market segments to assist in formulating business planning; and ensuring a consistent corporate brand image across all internal and external communications.
Brand Strategy & Communication:
Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
Manage brand communications and social media, including Canva designs, ensuring consistency across Australian digital channels.
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current, accurate, aligned with global collateral and strategy, and coordinating the creation of new materials as required.
Marketing Planning & Execution:
Support the Sales & Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing marketing plans and strategies by assembling and analysing sales forecasts, reviewing potential customer data, and planning and coordinating promotional presentations.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the Sales team with activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
Measure and analyse performance of key activities to provide ROI insights.
Digital Marketing & Technology:
Manage and execute digital marketing activities across multiple Australian channels, including mass email campaigns, LinkedIn, and website maintenance.
Optimise website SEO and use tools such as Google Analytics.
Utilise Salesforce for marketing planning, execution, and lead tracking to drive customer engagement and demand generation activities.
Maximise efficiencies through technology and automation.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Provide market analytics, forecasts, competitor and industry insights, campaign results and consumer trend analysis.
Events, Webinars & Promotions:
Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows locally by identifying requirements, coordinating logistics, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and managing mailing lists.
Organise webinars and provide digital support for events.
Plan and coordinate promotional presentations.
Perform other duties as directed.
YOUR PROFILE
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management or Applied Science combined with Business Management or Marketing specialisation (essential).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing role (essential).
Previous experience in Food Science or Applied Science (essential).
Strong knowledge of marketing processes.
Experience and excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Developed business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to translate findings into business-relevant insights.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.
Strong influencing skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Confidence in working autonomously.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
