The Role
We are seeking a passionate and professional Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone experienced in Physio or Remedial massage and dry needling, with a strong focus on client care and treatment outcomes.
Position Requirements
- Qualified Physiotherapist, Sports Therapist or Remedial Massage therapist (Australian or overseas qualifications accepted)
- Strong hands-on treatment approach
- Experience in remedial massage and dry needling preferred
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Friendly, reliable, and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Availability
We are looking for someone committed to a long-term position (12 months+). This is not a short-term role.
Available shifts include:
- (Mon-Fri)
- 11:00am-7:00pm - 8 hours
- 8:30am – 2:30pm - 6 hours
- 1:00pm – 7:00pm - 6 hours
- Saturday - (10am-5pm) - 7 hours
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to identify areas of concern and develop tailored treatment plans
- Perform a range of remedial massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release
- Educate clients on the benefits of remedial massage and provide advice on lifestyle and self-care practices to support their ongoing health and wellness
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure the smooth running of the clinic by adhering to all policies and procedures
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and industry best practices
What we're looking for
- Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist or Physiotherapy preferably in a clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and support clients
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to develop personalised treatment plans
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for holistic health and wellness
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the clinic
- Qualifications in Physiotherapy and Osteopathyare highly regarded.
