Store Manager – Yoway Frozen Yogurt

Yoway is one of Australia’s fastest-growing frozen yogurt brands, with 27 stores across Australia and more on the way. We’re looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead one of our stores.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing your team.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Driving local area marketing initiatives and building relationships within the community.
- Managing rosters, labour, food costs and day-to-day operations.
- Taking ownership of the store’s Profit & Loss and delivering strong financial performance.
- Looking for opportunities to grow sales and improve profitability.
- Maintaining high standards across food safety, cleanliness and presentation.
What we’re looking for
- A natural leader who can motivate and inspire others.
- Outgoing, confident and passionate about customer service.
- Commercially minded and comfortable managing budgets and financial performance.
- Someone who enjoys being involved in the local community and isn’t afraid to get out of the store to promote the business.
- Organised, proactive and accountable.
- Hospitality or retail management experience is preferred.
