The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to join Brightwater on a permanent full-time basis to lead our contemporary 131-bed residential aged care facility, in Mandurah .
This is a rare opportunity to take the lead of a well-established service and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of the site, including clinical care, financial management, workforce leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in a Service Manager or Senior Operational Leadership role within aged care, health, or community services.
- A strong commitment to delivering of safe, high-quality, client-centred care.
- Sound knowledge of aged care accreditation requirements, Aged Care Quality Standards, and current sector reforms.
- Proven experience managing people, budgets, operational performance, recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety and employment legislation.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Health or Community Services.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A recent and satisfactory National Police Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- Current and valid drivers license.
