AMS Roofing is an established roofing contractor providing roof tiling, roof restoration, leak detection, guttering, roof maintenance, and roofing repairs throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. We work across residential, commercial, strata, and government projects and are currently looking for experienced Roof Tilers to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Roof Tiler, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of roofing installation, repair, and maintenance works while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair and replace concrete and terracotta roof tiles.
- Inspect roofs to identify leaks, defects and areas requiring repair.
- Carry out roof restorations, maintenance and leak rectification.
- Re-bed and re-point ridge capping.
- Install and replace roof flashings, valleys, ridge capping and roof penetrations.
- Install roof ventilation systems, gutters, downpipes and gutter protection products.
- Replace damaged roof battens and associated roofing components.
- Read and interpret work orders, plans and job specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with Australian WHS regulations and company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional worksite.
- Deliver quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Roof Tiling or equivalent qualification.
- One year of relevant full-time industry experience.
- Proven experience in roof tiling, roof repairs, roof restorations and leak detection.
- Sound knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods and repair techniques.
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
