Overview
We are expanding our Partnerships team to accelerate growth in the accountant and bookkeeper channel.
Tanda offers the best payroll solution available in Australia — fully integrated with our leading Workforce Management (WFM) and HR software. Our challenge now is to get more accountants and bookkeepers familiar with our offerings and to help their clients adopt and implement them.
In this role, your primary goal is to get accountants and bookkeepers to become enthusiastic promoters of Tanda. You will achieve this by delivering compelling demonstrations of the Tanda software, getting them to bring on their clients to Tanda, providing onboarding support, and elevating Tanda’s brand and visibility within the accounting and bookkeeping communities.
Responsibilities & Duties
Drive partner referrals: Equip and motivate accountants, bookkeepers, and other partners to confidently introduce and recommend Tanda to their entire client base.
Deliver high-impact demonstrations: Conduct professional, tailored demos of the Tanda platform (Payroll, WFM, and HR) to partners and their clients.
Grow the partnership channel: Get existing partners to bring on more of the clients to Tanda, and increase the total number of partners with clients using Tanda.
Enable partners: Create and run onboarding programs so partners can set up and manage Tanda for their clients themselves.
Support sales and revenue growth: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to help partners close new business, onboard clients, and identify upsell opportunities.
Community engagement: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, expos, online forums, and networking opportunities to promote Tanda and strengthen our presence in the accounting/bookkeeping ecosystem.
Win more with marketing: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute joint campaigns, content, and initiatives to drive more partner referrals.
Provide strategic feedback: Act as the voice of the accountant and bookkeeper perspective by sharing insights, product feedback, and market intelligence with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
