We are looking for an ethical, motivated and camera-confident Registered Migration Agent to join us on a contractor / revenue split model. Applicants must be based in Perth
We are open to applicants at any level of experience. Whether you are newly registered, early in your career, or an experienced migration agent looking for a more flexible and entrepreneurial model, we would be happy to hear from you, provided you are open to being directly involved in marketing, promotional, and most-importantly content-creation!

About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Perth-based and able to work in person from East Perth
- A Registered Migration Agent (RMA) with Active Registration
- Ethical, professional and client-focused
- Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining visa pathways clearly
- Camera happy and willing to appear in reels, short-form videos and educational content
- Interested in building a personal brand and growing a client base
- Commercially minded, motivated and comfortable with a percentage split model
- Willing to learn, develop and grow within a supportive environment
- Able to manage matters professionally and in accordance with relevant migration law, professional and Code of Conduct obligations
Experience in student visas, skilled visas, employer-sponsored visas, partner visas or review matters will be highly regarded, but all experience levels are welcome (provided you are validly registered with OMARA - we will check!!!)

Desirable Attributes
- Ability to speak a language other than English, especially where this assists with client communication and community engagement
- Experience with content creation, social media, reels, short-form video or marketing
- Comfortable appearing on camera and explaining migration topics in a clear, friendly and professional way
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage client matters, documents, deadlines and follow-ups
- Previous experience highly regarded operating a business of any type, freelancing, contracting or building a client base
- Experience in client-facing professional services, sales, education, migration, law, accounting or consulting
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in business development, networking and community outreach
- Confidence using practice systems, CRMs, online forms, invoicing platforms or digital marketing tools, even outside migration
- A genuine interest in building a long-term professional profile and developing life-long skills within a modern migration practice
Location
This is an in-person role based in East Perth, WA.
Applicants must be based in Perth and genuinely able to attend the East Perth office.
Remuneration
This is a contractor / revenue split model, not a salaried employee position.
The successful applicant will receive a percentage split of professional fees generated from matters they work on. The exact percentage, structure and support arrangements will be discussed with suitable candidates.
