· Plan, create, schedule and publish digital marketing content across companies social media platforms, website, email campaigns and property advertising channels to promote the agency, available properties, landlord services and sales campaigns.
· Create written, visual and video content for residential sales, leasing, property management, executive rentals, landlord education, market updates, client testimonials and agency branding.
· Produce marketing content that supports companies key service areas, including buying, selling, leasing and property management in Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Inner City Sydney, Sydney CBD and the Eastern Suburbs.
· Write and edit social media captions, property highlights, email newsletters, website updates, landlord communications, promotional copy and campaign messaging.
· Coordinate content for property listings, open homes, leased properties, sold campaigns, rental appraisals, sales appraisals, maintenance updates and landlord information campaigns.
· Maintain a marketing content calendar to ensure consistent publication of property updates, market insights, team content, service promotions and community-focused posts.
· Work with property managers, sales agents, leasing staff, photographers, videographers, designers and external suppliers to prepare accurate and engaging marketing materials.
· Coordinate the production of property marketing assets, including professional photography, video, drone footage, floorplans, listing copy, social media reels, email campaigns and digital advertisements.
· Ensure all content reflects companies brand positioning as a personal, transparent and client focused real estate agency.
· Review marketing materials before publication to ensure accuracy, spelling, presentation, property details, pricing, inspection times and brand consistency.
· Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, enquiry levels, email performance and campaign results across companies digital channels.
· Analyse content and campaign performance, including reach, impressions, clicks, enquiries, audience growth, open rates and engagement rates.
· Prepare regular marketing reports with insights and recommendations to improve content strategy, advertising performance, landlord engagement and enquiry generation.
· Research real estate market trends, local area updates, competitor activity, social media trends and audience behaviour to identify new content opportunities.
· Recommend improvements to social media content, property advertising, email campaigns, website messaging and digital marketing strategies.
· Support campaigns promoting companies services, including rental appraisals, sales appraisals, property management, landlord marketing packages, new listings, open homes and recently sold or leased properties.
· Create educational and promotional content for landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers, including property management tips, leasing updates, sales advice and local market information.
· Manage multiple marketing projects at the same time, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, professionally and within required deadlines.
· Maintain companies online presence by producing high quality content that builds brand awareness, attracts enquiries and supports business growth.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
